Starting from a stunning Adriatic coast with more than a thousand islands, over the mountains that offer an unforgettable view to the coast from over 1500m altitude to the green continent covered in forrests surrounded by rivers and lakes.

3 different climates in an area of 1/10 of Spain, offer a variety of wildlife and landscapes rarely seen in the world.

Croatia has done a lot in preserving its natural heritage, so we are proud to say that Croatia has:

8 National Parks: NP Plitvicka jezera, NP Paklenica, NP Sjeverni Velebit , NP Brijuni, NP Krka, NP Mljet, NP Risnjak, NP Kornati

11 Parks of nature: Park prirode Biokovo, Park prirode Kopacki rit, Park prirode Lonjsko polje, Park prirode Medvednica, Park prirode Papuk, Park prirode Telascica, Park prirode Velebit, Park prirode Vransko jezero, Park prirode Ucka, Park prirode Zumberak – Samoborsko gorje, Park prirode Lastovsko otocje

5 RAMSAR sites: Crna Mlaka (Crna Mlaka Fishponds), Lonjsko polje and Mokro polje including Krapje Dol, Nature Park Kopacki rit (Kopacki rit), Neretva River Delta, Vransko Lake (“Vransko jezero”)
